Yes. You can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and still has its tags (subject to stock; the courier costs for an exchange are yours). If an item is faulty, let us know within 7 days, with photos. Send us your order number, the item and the size you’d like instead. Your rights under South African consumer law always apply.
